The Dominican U17 team which did not play friendly matches against any significant international opponent was ill prepared to face the well trained Haitian team. With few exceptions, the Dominicans whom did not have a good control of the ball, were not comfortable passing the ball to their team mates either, and therefore were no match to the playing style of the Haitians. It is up to the Dominican fans to demand of the federation a better established a serious training before they send teams to face other international teams.

As soon as a goal is made, the system will automatically send a message to the referee about the goal in writing, through a device that referees will wear and also through sound.
