Dominican Football fans has been the “Pichichi” or the player with the highest
number of goals scored in the Dominican Liga Mayor. If things keep going the
way they are, then he’ll remain the Pichichi of the season since the Liga Mayor
will be over, in less than two weeks.

Mexico’s “Olimpicazo”
On the 22nd of March, Mexico will face a Honduran
team that is itching to face the Aztecs
at the Olympic Stadium in San Pedro Sula, for what could be an “Olimpicazo” Beating
the giants of Concacaf with whom they hold a grudge in Football, and reaching
the world cup is the Honduran’s dream.
After beating Canada
by a score of 8-1, and the USA
2-1 the “Catrachos” as they are popularly known, hope to do the same with Mexico whom for
the moment is “El Papa of Concacaf”. Mexico currently holds the first place of the Concacaf's FIfa regional ranking ahead of the USA, Panama and Haiti.
Dominican teams at CFU Club championship
For the first time in Dominican football history, two teams
from the Dominican Republic
will attend the CFU Club championship, to be held this year. The teams that
might represent the DR. at the competition will certainly be Dominican Liga Mayor first
place holder Moca FC and Jarabacoa FC. which currently holds the second place at
Liga mayor.

The Dominican Republic to play two friendly matches
The Dominican
Republic is to play two friendly matches in the
month of March against a Central American National team according to New heaven
the events company which arranges their matches. In a new turn of event, the friendly match will instead be played against Haiti ranked 4th in Concacaf behind Panama.
Real Madrid VS Manchester United
Today Real Madrid will face Manchester United at 14:45 for
the UEFA Champions League 8th finals. This will be a game in which Real Madrid will give
it their all since they pretty much lost La Liga to Barcelona, and now in order to save the
season they must win the Champions or at least reach the finals.
