Faña manages to make another hat trick, this time while playing for Santos FC of San Cristobal DR, against Pueblo Nuevo FC during his time off, from the Salvadorian National League. In the end Santos FC beat Pueblo Nuevo 6-3 in a packed Rosendo Sepulveda Stadium in the Province of San Cristobal DR.

DR VS El Salvador Cancelled

Unfortunately the match in which the Dominican Republic was to face El Salvador was cancelled, due to the inability of the Dominican Football Federation to put together a team of footballers, which could face the Salvadoran national Football team.
